Mercury entered weak Pisces February 25 and has been retrograde now for a week, since March 5 -- weakening it further.  The February 20 Another Detonation In 5 Days included this discussion of Mercury's movements,

Typical for retrograde Mercury, made even weaker for being in its fallen sign of Pisces, is that I wrote Begins retrograde -- March 6, but the actual retrograde begin date was March 5.  If you've somehow escaped disruptions from the planet of communications, skill and the nervous system -- well good for you!  Or perhaps you've just been so mentally discombobulated that you didn't notice.

Certainly the media has reported weird and challenging weakened Mercury events, like Trump statig March 8 all the claims about his wrongdoing is a witch hoax. This term is not in the dictionary nor encyclopedia yet, but UrbanDictionary has an entertaining interpretation, A highly advanced, transformative condition derived from the rather tired, exhausted and over-exposed 'Witch Hunt".

That entry, btw stated about Trump,

Michael Cohen's testimony before Congress was February 25 -- the same day Mercury's weak Pisces (fallen sign) transit.  That wasn't a coincidence.  Since then, and especially after retrograde motion began March 5, there have been lots of lots of dramas, and perhaps even more confusions!  Was Paul Manafort's 47 month prison sentence too light?  No, it was too heavy..  No, it was average.  And what about his sentencing today in a Virginia court for other crimes?

Let's see where Mercury is now and will be heading.  Below is the transit chart for today,

At 3 degrees, it's pretty close to retrograding back into Aquarius -- Reverses back to Aquarius -- March 14.  Note that the sign change itself creates more turbulence, especially since Mercury is moving backward.  Think about a boat going in reverse to land.  Of course there's a YouTube video for that!

I did that on Saturday -- after carefully checking all the rigging and following the exact same procedure as in the video.  Slick!  It worked great -- until the anchor line know holding the anchor slipped.  That was the one thing I hadn't checked.  Well, at least I remembered at the last moment to load the life preservers. A lucky snorkeler is gonna get a free anchor.   That's why I carry two anchors.:-)

There are two other noteworthy planetary transit positions -- where the planets are in today's skies.  First, Rahu, in its typical backwards motion, is nearing the end of its 18 tumultuous months in Cancer -- Trump's twelfth house of loss and the U.S. chart's eighth house of catastrophe and scandals.  The February 7 Venus Approaching Saturn entry concluded,

There is a silver lining for the U.S. chart, however, as Rahu will stop dredging up eighth house scandals and fear of foreigners.   These have been seemingly endlessly disconcerting and destructive during an already tenuous time.  Let's hope this prediction is realized, allowing us to get back to normal in these areas.  We've had enough sex scandals to last many years, and these have reshaped how society treats women.  Similarly, fear of foreigners has fed the political fires on immigration, and some calm and sanity here will be welcomed.

Along with this, as head of the dragon eclipse point Rahu changes signs, so will its tail Ketu.  The February 20 Another Detonation In 5 Days explained, ...head-of-the-dragon eclipse point Rahu and Ketu -- the dragon's tail -- change signs. Ketu will attack transit Saturn in Trump's fifth house of the mind and children.  Both will under tremendous stress, enough to shatter.

See too that Jupiter, the planet of expansion, luck and fortune, is nearing the edge of Scorpio.  As that is the twelfth house of loss in the U.S. chart, the position signals economic weakness, even a recession.  The December 25, 2018 Nerve Wracking touched on this, ...the U.S. chart suffering losses now with wealthy Jupiter transiting the twelfth house of loss. This disposition influences for economic losses. We can already see the stock markets plunging in anticipation of that result.  Signals of economic weakness have been increasing since then. Jupiter is already weak at the sign edge of 28:51 and will continue to lose strength. Then in early April, Jupiter will turn retrograde.

In conclusion, we have the challenges of a weak Mercury until May 3.  Rahu finishing up in Cancer March 22 can be deadly, especially for Trump.  Ketu attacking Saturn starting March 23 will be disruptive.  Jupiter is weakening and will continuing to lose power through the spring.  So, looking ahead through the end of winter and into the spring, the celestial weather report is stormy.

The Celestial Wheel has long predicted that Rahu crossing Trump's Venus and then Saturn will culminate in a changed political landscape by the time Rahu leaves Cancer March 22.  The most recent discussion on this topic was February 7 Venus Approaching Saturn, which prediction was repeated February 17.

How do I know this?  Well, I do sometimes remember what I wrote, and there is Google Search on the web, which gives some results.  Even better, though, is a Google Custom Search engine placed on the home page, which I finally did today!  This screen shot of the lower part of the home page shows a box with the Google Custom Search. As this is a screen shot, the search doesn't work.  You have to go to the home page for a live link to Google Custom Search.  That will search only that website and provide comprehensive results.

Of course, it took four hours.  Thank you Mercury retrograde for putting my brain through a web meat grinder!

Considering this new search capability, and that The Celestial Wheel has been published since 2002, here's an interesting search using the Google Custom Search engine. Go to the home pag and type in "cult."  Really, try that.  63 results is a lot!

What's most provocative, though, is to understand Trumpism is truly a cult -- a major karmic thread running through the U.S. chart. And even though we've understood that since he won the election, its pervasive, durable and extreme nature has not been truly evident until recently.  It wasn't until  the Democrats took over the House and began flexing political muscle, the media finally asserted its duty to the truth and Trump himself became so extreme in response to adversity.... that public awareness grudgingly accepted this fact -- reality and truth do matter.

Let's see what happens by March 22.  He's surrounded with enemies -- seen and unseen.  However, with Mercury confusingly retrograde and weak, don't expect full absorption and understanding of the fact that Trump is a mesmerizing cult leader who must be cast out.

Remember one more thing -- this is Rahu Dasa. The dragon is an awesome, cold hearted and cruel energy which cannot be anticipated or controlled. Among its traits are illusion and insanity.  Antithetical to humanity, dragon energy in our environment is not readily, nor easily, grasped.   However, if you want to see Rahu in action, just wait until April 14, when the final season of Game Of Thrones begins.  Click here for the trailer from HBO.  And consider, is it an accident or coincidence that Game of Thrones has captured our imaginations, especially since the 18 year Rahu Dasa in the U.S. chart began December 1, 2015?  Yes, winter is coming.

This March 20 article, How the chaotic Trump era may be leading us to a more functional political and economic system, written by a neuroscientist, is a little dense.  But it's understandable if you can get past the jargon.

Here's another search.  Type in Steve Jobs.  The February 8, 2011 Global Transformation Has Begun discussed the Arab Spring -- when Mideast countries were overthrowing oppressive governments by using smart phones to communicate and organize. That forecast stated,

That was just one way the smart phone banishes tyranny.  It is also fighting the battle against tryanny in cyberspace -- the web.

The metaphor here is that the internet is the technological inkwell, filled with both truth and lies, and into which the smart phone pen has dipped to recite both.  In the end, however, truth will win, as it always does, sooner or later.

Since February 7 The Celestial Wheel has predicted that by the time Rahu leaves Cancer on March 22, Trump will have suffered debilitating losses, and thereby the political world will have a new landscape as a cold and bitter winter finally begins yielding to spring.

The March 18 The Political Landscape Is Changing cautioned,

Actually, Rahu doesn't leave Cancer until the end of the day today, and Rahu does tend to give a final serpent bite at the end of any of his cycles.  You can see in the below transit chart calculated this morning that Rahu is a 00:07 degrees in its typical backward movement. It's not over til it's over.

This transit chart uses the natural zodiac, beginning at Aries, which give generalized global karmas.  As you can see, Cancer is the fourth house of the home for this chart, which explains disastrous weather -- flooding in the U.S. Midwest, and Cyclone Idai in southeastern Africa.  Notice these are both water storms, arising from Cancer being a water sign.  Also, as Rahu is flying machines, Boeing jets have crashed, and other aeronautical mishaps can occur.

The chart graphic also highlights in yellow six planets, identifying these as being very weak. Jupiter, Ketu, Venus, Mars and Rahu are all posited on the edge of the sign -- where the sign's energetic value is at a low.  And Mercury is weakly retrograde.  The planets thereby have no traction, like a car tires on an icy road.  This naturally further complicates our understanding of events, but it also results in planetary energies being unbounded.  Relatively minor events can mushroom out of control or have weird twists and turns that bewilder.

So, give yourself a few, or even several, days to digest -- process -- the still evolving news stories, as well as confusing events in your own environment.

This Mercury retrograde has been tortuous.  Fortunately, the planet of communications, skill and the mind ends its 3 week retrograde Thursday at 8:30 AM EDT.  (And yes, I double checked that calculation.)

Let's revisit (again) Mercury retrograde analysis in the February 20 Another Detonation In 5 Days -- to put this into perspective for past events -- and to look ahead a few weeks.

But first, here's a classic Mercury retrograde foul-up -- yesterday at the jetty from the Gulf here in Venice -- view to the east.  A 10 knot southwest wind blew this sailboat toward the rock Jetty.  The Venice Fire Department boat came but turned around and left without action.  And a bunch of firemen ran onto the other jetty (to the right), where they couldn't do anything!  It seems this jetty, because it's in Nokomis township, was out of jurisdiction for Venice?  These retirees, bent on proving they're still macho, tried to push the boat away from the rocks.  They couldn't do it, and just hope none pulled a groin muscle  Finally, the boat to the right threw her a line to tug the sailboat to safety.  Why she didn't use her outboard motor, throw the anchor into deep water and kedge off, or put up a sail to easily sail to safety is just another piece of this completely confused sailor -- and her equally confused rescuers!

And we all think the Mueller Report situation is wacko.

Anyway, back to the February 20 entry.

I can't remember all the stuff that's been going on, excepting Trump's emergency declaration for his boarder wall.  But the March 22 The Political Landscape Has Changed did recite Midwest flooding and the Cyclone Idai in southeastern Africa.  More importantly, that entry closed with (bold added),

The above sailboat drama is a good example of Relatively minor events can mushroom out of control or have weird twists and turns that bewilder.  That boat, 22 feet or so, is large enough that the owner must be experienced.  Further, if you blow up the photo, you'll see a youngish athletic looking blond woman on the deck. (The husband is hidde in the cockpit.)  With a favorable wind and no tide running, a minor event, which could just have been her motor stalling out, mushroomed out of control.  And bunches of folks failed to rescue her.

The planets are gradually regaining strength.  Mars and Venus have shifted away from the weak sign edge.  And with Mercury regaining forward motion Thursday morning, the planetary energies will be on the mend, if not reasonably well restored -- snow tire chains on an icy road.  (As shown in the above excerpt from February 20 Mercury will be forward in Aquarius, where it does well, until April 11.)  Yes, Rahu/Ketu remain at sign edge, but as these eclipse points are shadow planets, rather than real planets, their energy tends to act more upon the planets they afflict rather than the signs where they are placed.  Only Jupiter is very weak.  So after Thursday morning, check your mental, physical and emotional levels.  If you pay attention, you'll notice the mental and nervous strain ease off by coffee break time.

As mentioned, Mercury will be under fair skies until April 11. That will pave the way to everyone beginning to understand what the Mueller report portends, as well as more rational responses by politicians and the media. Certainly fear-mongering and misapprehensions will be rebutted.

However, when Mercury goes into Pisces April 11, mental derangement will resume -- like the Texas refinery fire reignited.  Recall  that Pisces is Mercury's fallen -- weak -- sign.  As shown above, Mercury won't exit Pisces until May 3.  This three week period will be unstable, even tumultuous.

    Jupiter will go retrograde April 10 in a very weak edge-of-sign position, which is negative for the U.S. economy and for Trump's ability to charm, cajole and threaten.

    Ketu will be close to Saturn, where this mystical tail-of-the dragon eclipse point will stimulate great plans which then fall apart. For Trump, this is his fifth house of the mind and children, which karma suggests he comes up with nefarious strategies -- in his own mind -- which are actually demented and evaporate.

     As for Mercury, for Trump, it's the eighth house of turmoil, which will make him blurt out absolutely irrational attacks as truth snatches his victory over Mueller from his grasp and poisons him.

The February 20 entry stated, Ketu will attack transit Saturn in Trump's fifth house of the mind and children.  Both will under tremendous stress, enough to shatter.
