There's been a lag in Celestial Wheel entries since the February 26 Aftermath Of Mars/Ketu Conjunction because it wasn't clear what directions these correct predictions would take,

Coronavirus could spike -- or truly erupt
Stock markets could melt down
King Trump's response would be -- certainly not an effective one

As the Mars/Ketu seething anger peaking February 24 and 25 (at exact conjunctio) started these avalanches, would they continue, worsen, fade away or fizzle out?   A large part of this uncertain arises from Mercury retrograde -- February 17 to March 10.  The February 16 Mars And The Corona Virus stated,

Mercury retrograde's backwards thinking causes all kinds of confusions, and doubts surface after making decisions.  That's the primary driver for uncertainties about where the future lies.  It's like a fog bound ship -- the location, and even direction, not known until it reaches clear air.  So, don't expect to understand what's been going on, and what may be coming, until Mercury returns to forward direction late March 9.

Another Mercury health karma not previously mentioned is that Mercury rules the respiratory system -- which certainly fits the Coronavirus.  We can add yet another illness karma, which is Mercury is transiting Saturn ruled Aquarius.  Saturn is the planet of deception, chronic illness and death.

There is also the issue of how the Democratic candidates campaigns would fair in these truly messy national, and even global, meltdowns.  It seems the recent Mars/Ketu destructions have resulted in the public digging down to focus in upon the mainstream Biden and socialist Sanders as being best able to beat Trump.  That the candidates' seemed to understand this only recently is the fundamental issue.  We can perhaps thank Bloomberg's quixotic campaign dedicated to beating Trump for this focus.  The Celestial Wheel has not previously commented upon the candidates because there were too many, and the situation appeared overly volatile.

Yet, this is still Rahu Dasa (planetary cycle) for the U.S., which so roils the karmic pot that the Second Progressive Age advances -- albeit in a tumult.   Bernie Sanders is the natural candidate here, for socialism is what rebalancing shared democratic values means.  I have Biden's and Sander's Vedic birth charts, but birth times are not confirmed.  Still, they both appear tobe strong and favorable now, though there is some Rahu volatility for both as well.

Thankfully, Mercury will turn forward late Monday evening, March 9.  You'll wake up Tuesday morning refreshed, and tasks will proceed smoothly, without dropping anything!  You'll even find those keys you misplaced and are finally able to balance your checkbook on the first try.

As for world events, some clarity will begin to come in about the coronavirus.  And although Mercury's forward motion will quiet its signification for respiratory illness, it seems that disease will not be halted by this single planetary improvement.  Instead, let's watch Mars, the planet of infections.

Remember that Mars, the planet of action, is active now.  His crash into Ketu set off the coronavirus burst February 24 and 25, which then hit the stock markets.  Mars will next attack Jupiter, the planet of wealth, luck and fortune, which influence is negative for all these.  Mars will be just two degrees away from Jupiter March 16, with an exact conjunction at dawn March 20.

Next, Mar will shift into Capricorn March 22, where he is powerfully exalted.  Mars will then strike Saturn, the planet of chronic illness and death.  Mars will be 2 degrees away from Saturn at month's end.  The virus seems likely to continue spreading all this month, with fatalities increasing. Mars' aggression on stolid Saturn creates tensions and struggles.

Capricorn is Trump's six house of acute illness and enemies.  The  U.S., Capricorn is the second house of domestic harmony and income.  The Mars/Saturn combination is naturally negative for both.

Hold your hat, but don't panic.

The prevailing mood now with the coronavirus, stock markets reeling and truly ineffective leadership from Trump is jittery.  This is not just feeling nervous or off balance but rather a palpable tension.  And it's not just you but truly folks around you, whether you're at home, work, shopping, driving......  I've noticed here in Florida, where it's peak season, there are fewer cars on the road for fear of infection, but drivers are even more erratic than usual for the geriatric population. "No, this is not a one way street!"  And the fire department, across the street from my apartment, sounds its alarms and sends out rescue vehicles seemingly constantly.

Homer, or course, remains undisturbed, except for seeing grandpa jump for the first time ever.

The March 8 Mercury Forward In A Day explained some clarity about the virus would come with Mercury's forward motion.  While that's true, increased medical information is so negative, the public is more upset, not less.  And, of course, the stock markets have been jittery as well.  While the house of cards the Trump administration has built is inevitably crashing, that's scant solace to even to the poor -- the mass of Americans without financial assets to lose -- especially when they think back to the crash of 2008.

There's a certain poignancy to this crash, coming when the economic recovery has lifted most up, though certainly modestly, especially when inflation is considered.  Too, it's springtime, when people unbundle from the winter and begin enjoying nature and making spring/summer plans that by definition have money costs.  Those are largely shelved now.  Only the birds, squirrels and rabbits are having any fun.

The March 8 entry explained current stresses are Mars related,

Not mentioned was that Mars, being an aggressive malefic, exhausts Jupiter's wealth -- which certainly fits with the stock markets' downward spiral and economy tightening, especially in leisure industries, hit hardest by the virus -- restaurants, theme parks, entertainment events, cruises, airlines... There's a certain irony here, for that has been that segment which has propped up the entire economy in recent years.  This also alerts us to be careful with money, which is protective individually but collectively negative for the economy.

Its also worthwhile reiterating from the March 8 entry the explanation of where Mars is headed,

It certainly doesn't look like the coronavirus will be easing up this month, and that negative energy will certainly continue whipping the markets and the economy.

Also not mentioned is that fiery Mars on cold airy Saturn in this earth sign will especially stimulate destructive spring storms -- and earth crust events as well.  Thus, expect major storms to sweep across the country, spawning heavy tornado activity. Flooding, though, is not expected since watery planets and signs are not impacted.  Earth crust events means earthquakes and volcanoes, and these would be very damaging.  It's important to note that storms and earth crust events is a global karma.  These would naturally harm economic activity and confidence further.  Yes, it's not a good time to buy that convertible you've had your eye on.

As for Trump, his bag of tricks simply isn't working any longer. This fits with The Celestial Wheel's repeated predictions, starting in mid 2019 that he is losing his reputation and his mind.

The March 8 Mercury Forward In A Day laid out infection-causing Mars transits -- where he is in today's skies.  Here's a listing of Mars' movements across planets and points.  These are sensitive dates -- when events are precipitated by Mars.  Because this is Rahu -- head-of-the-serpent eclipse point -- energy being emitted by the U.S. chart, events can neither be anticipated nor controlled. As court documents often state, Govern yourself accordingly.

     ...an exact (Mars/Jupiter) conjunction at dawn March 20.

     Mars will shift into Capricorn March 22.

(Thus, this coming weekend can bring another coronavirus spike, and the markets can go into free fall Monday, March 23.)

     Mars will be 2 degrees away from Saturn at month's end. (This alerts to Mars/Saturn impacts -- described below.)

The March 13 Jittery added to the coronavirus and stock market crash some predictions for Mars/Saturn natural events,

Not mentioned so far in The Celestial Wheel is the March 8 oil price war brought by Saudi Arabia and Russia.  This has tanked oil prices by as much as a third and thereby has been another economic depressant.  Ketu, the tail-of-the-dragon eclipse point, is the past and thereby symbolizes gas and oil.  The above March 16 chart shows Ketu in Sagittarius -- the ninth house of expansion in the natural zodiac.  With expansive Jupiter also in Sagittarius, the effect has been to increase oil output, which unfortunately decreases prices.  As we can see here, sometimes when a planet benefits from positive karmas, negative results follow.

Another economic negative is in the above March 31 chart.  There, Jupiter can be seen to have entered Capricorn, where he is fallen -- weak.  Naturally, wealth is challenged when the planet of abundance, luck, fortune and expansion is in his fallen sign.

In summary, the remainder of March looks bleak, and April even more challenging.

The March 18 Planetary Karmas Coming Forward confirmed previous accurate predictions:  the coronavirus burst February 24 and 25 when Mars conjoined Ketu, which then hit the stock markets and, as Mars closed within 2 degrees on Jupiter, the horrendous stock market 3000 point crash March 26.

Next up in this countdown was Mars conjoining Jupiter March 20 and Mars shifting into Capricorn March 22.  The predictions here were for another coronavirus spike this past weekend and then stocks falling again March 23.  The first came true in spades as shown in the below graph from worldometers.info,

Stock markets, however, have moved up since the weekend as investors welcome actions by central banks and the U.S. 2 trillion bailout.  These financial gains, however, do not slow the skyward infections curve -- which continues -- and stocks must slide again as business closings, unemployment claims and business sales declines become visible and worsen.  Thus, the countdown continues.

Up next is Mars attacking Saturn, with an exact conjunction March 31.  Predictions here on March 18 were for continued infections increasing, markets failing, severe spring storms and earth crust events.  Although earlier planetary conjunctions and points have signaled devastating impacts, this conjunction between these two greatest malefics is much more powerful.

Saturn acts slowly, rules chronic illness and is the planet of death.  Mars destroys quickly and aggressively, is acute illness and is war. Combining these two energies of (cold) Saturn killing slowly and (hot) Mars killing quickly causes each to be more destructive.  This is especially true in this Mars/Saturn conjunction as it happens in Capricorn, where both planets are at energetic peaks.  Capricorn is Mars' exalted sign.  There, he wins battles with both armies decimated. Capricorn is owned by Saturn, also making him strong.   Thus, as the great malefic, which cannot be resisted, he signals kinds of losses, including the most horrific, and ending incarnations.

There is a curious result of Mars and Saturn in conjunction. As fast Mars pushes slow Saturn ahead, and Saturn holds aggressive Mars back, the energy is magnified.  Thus, there is a lot of action, but the results are even more harmful.  It's like throwing gasoline on a fire.

We should expect, then, during the next 6 days world events will continue to build to a crescendo of destruction that will have long term consequences.  There's no quick fix to this one. no making a deal with the virus to reopen the economy, as an increasingly insane Trump is attempting in his latest attempt to deceive -- and causing even more harms by doing so.  No financial bailout will help as currency is not a bandage for the virus. The only solution here is being responsible, as Saturn, the planet of duty requires, and Mars, the general, demands.  To limit loss of life and wealth, everyone must surrender their individual desires for the benefit of society -- and this is both a U.S. and global karmic duty.

For the U.S., Capricorn is the second house of income and domestic harmony.  Both are under tremendous attack.  For Trump, Capricorn is the sixth house of enemies and discords.  Again, both are escalating.

Being Vedic-honest here, it doesn't appear that societies are yet acting in a truly responsible way, which means Mars/Saturn will commit brutalities until societies -- here and abroad -- surrender to the virus.  Unless every effort is made to combat the disease, the virus will knock more and more down, like a strike toppling bowling pins.

Further, although Mars/Saturn destructions may peak at the conjunction March 31, their harmful karma will continue as they remain conjunct in Capricorn until May 4.

The other karma The Celestial Wheel has mentioned is Jupiter, the great benefic, also now in Capricorn, where he is fallen -- weak. He's harmed further by being with malefics Mars and Saturn in Capricorn.  I'll write more about this Jupiter soon, but for now, know that Jupiter's wealth, luck and wisdom are so beleaguered, his benefits evaporate into deprivations.  Although Jupiter will retrograde back into Sagittarius for a while, his journey through and out of Capricorn will take a year.

Buckle up, but know the humility of responsibility forced upon society will ultimately cleanse -- and this is just part of the emerging Second Progressive Age.

In the meantime, as The Celestial Wheel has suggested many times, don't spend any money.  Like a camel crossing the desert, you'll need every drop to cross the financial desert.

Trump says he told Pence not to call governors who aren’t ‘appreciative’ of White House coronavirus efforts

Setting aside everything else, of paramount importance is Trump requiring Democratic governors to be more appreciative of the federal government in order to receive federal health resources support.  That is an impeachable offense.

If you don't understand this, you are totally lost.  If you do understand this, there remains some hope -- for your country and yourself.

Take action to stop this -- at the very least forwarding this message to everyone you know.
