Tonight Moon, Venus, Mars Glow To Dispel The Gloom

December 18 was the last Celestial Wheel entry, A Shift In Space Time Continuum Disturbance.  It explained that Mars shifting into Aquarius December 11 shifted the Space Time Continuum rift, but did not end it.  That will happen January 20 when Mars transists into Aquarius.

December 19 was predicted to be a challenging day, noting that's when the electors cast their votes.  That didn't cause an upset, but three lone wolf terrorist attacks that day did -- Ankara, Berlin, Zurich - three linked terrorist attacks?  One never knows exactly how destructive karma will actualize, but it inevitably it did.

As you can see, Saturn and Mars aspect Rahu in Leo and also both aspect Taurus.  Mercury is retrograde.  Not obvious is Saturn sitting in Mars' sign of Scorpio and Mars sitting in Saturn's sign of Aquarius, which disposition binds them together for further stresses.

And here's the chart for January 20 -- showing Mars having just exited Aquarius.   This breaks up the clashes of malefic planets, excepting that Saturn continues to aspect Rahu.  Mercury will turn forward much sooner, January 8.

January 20, 2017

The US presidential inauguration is January 20, and this promises to be a huge shift of its own.  It won't be smooth, and the next several days will be tumultuous for two major reasons.  First, the all-important Moon will transit into Scorpio, its fallen (weak) sign with restrictive Saturn January 21 and stay there through January 24. This must cause emotional instability and angst -- accentuating the feeling we already have that the other shoe is about to drop.

Second, notice that Saturn is at 29 degrees, 25 minutes -- getting ready to finally leave deep and treacherous Scorpio on January 27.  There Saturn has brought up secreted information from the Scorpio's depths, much of which is unpleasant, some catastrophic, during its 2 1/2 years in Scorpio.

Saturn is an old, slow cold planet, withholding its greatest harms until the last few weeks of it transit through a sign. We've already seen plenty of scandals from this effect.  That karma will increase right up to January 27.

So, expect the first week of Trump's reign to be chocked full of all kinds of dramas, some real, others created by the showman in chief.

But, don't jump ship -- either literally or figuratively -- for, as mentioned several times previously, Trump is merely an agent of change in being a destroyer that will lay the ground work for the Second Progressive Age.  The waiting game is naturally difficult, but it is what it is, for Saturn is the planet of reality -- and also thereby patience. As difficult as it is to set aside the dread of Obama's reign, take this longer view.

Further, as Saturn will slip back into Scorpio via a retrograde June 25 through October 29, this planet of suffering and consequences will bring another dose of reality during the summer and fall of 2017.  That will be tremendously difficult for Trump because Saturn will end up crossing his wacko perceptional Moon three times -- right now, early July and late September.

This article from December 29 shows yet again the guy is truly a hollow man -- a tremendous exterior but empty inside -- Donald Trump says his business arrangement is ‘very simple,’ which still makes no sense. Here's my comment,

Trump's early and ongoing denials of intelligence agency reports that Russia influenced the U.S. election were and are obvious defense of his campaign and following election.

In mid November, he criticized the intelligence agencies themselves, threatening to dismantle the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Trump weighs dismantling top spy agency: report.

He's most recently deferred his promise for a public announcement on the topic this midweek, claiming the intelligence agencies changed the briefing to tomorrow -- Friday.  This is an obvious ploy to delay.

Now, Trump is promising further cuts these agencies, President-elect Donald Trump intends to pare back top U.S. spy agencies: report. To the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, he's added the CIA.

Since he couldn't quell the reports and publicity on Russian hacking, Trump seems to have decided to delay addressing the issue until he can defang them.

This could be the greatest coverup of all time!

If you missed the big news today, here it is, Intelligence chiefs briefed Trump and Obama on unconfirmed claims Russia has compromising information on president-elect.

At the time he was born, the constellation (sign) of Leo was ascending - rising above the eastern horizon.   This set the position of the first house of the self  (identity) in Leo; the planets in the signs were then fitted into the twelve houses. This is why the time of birth is so important -- distinguishing the person from others born the same day but at different times.

Leo is ruled by the Sun -- kingship -- and it is powerfully placed in the tenth house of career.  As the ruler of the first house of the self, the Sun is further an indicator of the self.   Interestingly, the Sun's colors are dark red and orange, and its metal is gold.

However, the day Trump was born, a total eclipse of the Moon occurred.  A lunar eclipse is exact when the Moon is exactly opposite the Sun -- and this one was exact at 12:30 PM, a mere half hour after birth.  So, this eclipse hit the birth chart, and the resulting life, hard.  In fact, the eclipse was already underway when Trump began this incarnation.  While a lunar eclipse naturally blocks the Moon, is also impacts the Sun.  The solar ego is both large and compromised.  As eclipses are shadows, the life is shadowed.

Thereby, the entire life is eclipsed -- blocked -- in some way, and despite great power, intellect and wealth, Trump is knocked down -- thrown out -- periodically.

Dennis Harness, my second Vedic teacher, used to say that Vedic Astrology can be elegantly simple.  Trump's chart is a perfect example of that -- just one planetary influence changes the course of the life.  When Saturn has crossed his eclipsed Moon -- which happens every 29 years, Trump is thrown out of his current situation.  This is called Sadi Sati in Vedic Astrology and is the 7 1/2 year period during which Saturn transits the signs: before the Moon, where the Moon is placed and the sign after the Moon.  Saturn, the planet of reality, serves to transform the life in this chart, Since it is Saturn’s essential purpose to temper the soul, it attacks our weak points to broaden and define the scope of our character, driving us to maturity.

Trump's first Sadi Sati ran from 1953 to 1960.  At its peak, when Saturn crossed the Moon, his father threw him out of the house into military school.

Trump's second Sadi Sati ran from 1982 to 1989.  Again at its peak, when Saturn crossed the Moon in 1987, he overspent on four Atlantic City casinos and was finally thrown out of those investments a few years later.

Trump's third Sadi Sati runs from 2012 to 2019.  With transit Saturn on Trump's Moon happening right now, he'll be thrown out again.   As shown in his chart , Trump's Moon is at 28:05 Scorpio.  Transit Saturn is now at 28:28 Scorpio.

For Leo rising, the Moon (the public and perception) rules the twelfth house of loss, which is why Leo rising folks have great difficulties relating in healthy ways to others, especially the larger public.  The twelfth house is also hidden enemies.  So, Trump's Moon brings losses from hidden enemies when transit Saturn hits it -- Sadi Sati.

Trump Through The Rift In the Space Time Continuum Disturbance

The (above) January 2 Celestial Wheel explained that the Space Time Continuum Disturbance would end January 20 (today), when Mars transits into Aquarius.

This chart for today shows that change.  This ends the long 2 /12 month interval (since November 1) during which malefics Saturn and Mars have battled each other and also afflicted Rahu.  These stresses have a lot to do with election results and the following tumult -- in both the U.S. and globally.

The January 2 entry also explained the week following January 20 -- which we all know is the Trump Apocalypse (inauguration) -- is fraught with challenges.  This is a different planetary karma from the Space Time Continuum Disturbance which created a rift through which Trump came.

Saturn is the big villain here,

Further, when Mars changes signs, as he is doing now, he is unstable and brings a spike in violences, accidents, anger, even earth crust events.  Mars thereby stirs up the pot of Saturn's end-of-sign harms.

Because Mars is now in wise Jupiter's sign of Pisces, there is an influence for strident advocacy -- doing the right thing.  And keeping in mind Trump has hidden enemies, there will be a deluge of attacks upon him -- not just the women's march tomorrow, but also legal attacks on Trump's many conflicts of interest.

Like a newborn out of the protective womb and into a cruel world, Trump will find his entering the real world through the rift he jumped through will be traumatic.  Beyond being confronted with enemies, the con man's false promises will start to be revealed for what they are.

Recapping The Last Week

Saturn has exited Scorpio -- finally giving relief from its 2 1/2 arduous years in this most treacherous sign of the zodiac.  As explained in the January 20 Celestial Wheel entry.  (Note, I incorrectly calculated this date as January 27. So, we get a day's reprieve!) That entry also stated this final week would be tumultuous,

Well, it certainly has, with Trump creating all kinds of havoc in just his first six days in office.  The lies, the temper tantrums and the extreme policy positions have reach new heights and now are truly consequential for carrying the weight of the presidency.  As these elicit from Trumps Saturn in his Scorpio of hidden depths, which is his fourth house of his deepest feelings and beliefs -- well, we shouldn't have expected less.

That entry was also prescient about Mars changing signs,

Storms certainly raged from coast to coast, accidents happened everywhere, and there was a major earth crust event, Volcano makes EXPLOSIVE eruption blasting a tsunami of deadly lava into the sky.

That one was in Guatemala.  There was another in Mexico, Deadly volcano erupts with residents told to cover their bodies in WATER as precaution.

Wow! Here's a third -- actually two more -- Bogoslof sends ash over Unalaska; Takawangha rumbles.

Continuing reference to the January 20 entry, everyone should know well how well this prediction actualized,

The closing paragraph held more jewels of truth,

Noteworthy here is Trump being caught on boldface lies about the inauguration crowds and voter fraud -- which are being explained away as Alt-Truth.  Will Trump's investigation of the latter result in this -- to prevent voter fraud from the dead arising to vote?

There's an energetic lull now, but that won't last, for February brings another destabilizing eclipse season. Here's the data,

Neither hit (are within two degrees) of a planet in the U.S. chart or Trump's chart, but they will still cause problems because the word eclipse means what is says -- block -- and charts of other nations, leaders..... will inevitably be hit.

An Updraft For The People But A Downdraft For Trump

EarthSky.org does a nice job informing the public about noteworthy celestial events.  Beyond astronomy tips for viewing the sky, articles often surprise, giving impetuous to considering the astrology..  Here's a recent one, Moon below Venus on January 29.  While other articles discuss that triple planet grouping, this one has the best map in showing the Moon over the three night period.  The waxing crescent Moon approaches Mars and Venus and finally conjoins these tomorrow -- January 31.

Because the Moon is dim, it doesn't wash out the light of nearby planets, as a fuller (bright) Moon would do.  The sky show will be lovely and heartening too -- that there is indeed order in the universe.

Below is the Vedic chart for today showing these dispositions.  I've used the natural zodiac starting at Aries to display this chart's global karma.  The natural zodiac is like the background of a painting, upon which objects are drawn -- such as a horse in a field next to a barn against the background of a forest and sky.

This gives you an idea of the importance of the natural zodiac in predicting world events, but also in giving a background influence to individual charts -- people, nations...

The EarthSky.org drawing the the Vedic chart both show Mars conjunct Venus in Pisces, the 12th house of the zodiac, with the Moon approaching from Aquarius.  The EarthSky.or image, however, does not include Jupiter, for it's below the visual horizon at dusk.  The astrology, though, does certainly include Jupiter, for the great benefic is directly opposite Venus and Mars.

This is important because all these planets throw aspects (glances) across the zodiac to influence each other. For example, before Venus shifted into Pisces January 27, Mars was alone in Pisces, where it aspected Jupiter, and Jupiter aspected Mars. Mars, the planet of action, stimulates Jupiter's higher mind to bring advocacy -- the act of pleading for, supporting, or recommending; active espousal.  That is why the above January 20 entry stated,

Venus (love) now too Pisces (where she is potently exalted), amplifies Mars/Jupiter advocacy into great passion for humanitarian, fairness and compassion for others.  When the public Moon joins the trio, the peoples' outcries against Trump's entry and refuge bans on select countries will reach a crescendo.

Considering the natural zodiac (global karmas), Pisces is the 12th house of sacrifice, enlightenment. hidden enemies and far and distant places.  Virgo is the 6th house of foreigners, fighting and open enemies.  So, hidden and open enemies rise up, even sacrificing themselves, against Trump to protest his treatment of foreigners, especially from far places.

What does the U.S. chart show? Here, side by side, is that chart with the natural zodiac chart for today.

Pisces is the 4th house of the emotions, devotion and deepest feelings and beliefs. Mars, Venus, Moon and Jupiter energy fire up an profound, actually visceral, protest from the public.  This energy is also on Virgo, the 10th house of government officials. These are thereby the target for public protest.

And what does Trump's chart show? Here it is side by side with the natural zodiac chart for today.

Pisces is his 8th house of catastrophe.  With Mars, Venus and Moon there, aspected by Jupiter, he's going to be hit very hard by global protests.  Virgo is the 2nd house of speech and honesty, suggesting Trump will do his smooth talking thing, twisting the truth, as he always does.  But, with any credibility he had now vanished, he won't convince.

While protests are mounting, the peak will come tomorrow, when the Moon will have shifted in Pisces, which is Tuesday, Mars' day of the week.  Mars, the planet of war, is especially active -- aggressive -- then. Wednesday will see a continuation of this tidal wave, which must wash over Trump.
